Okay, so this hat is from Wal-mart, but it was only $2! I just added the hand sewn felt flower pin. 
I made this one out of an old sweater from Goodwill....total cost $.25 baby.
Here are the two recycled sweater hats. Not the best sewing in the world, but I got both sweaters for $.50 total. Can't beat that!
