Two-ply. Why the name you ask? Well I wanted to use tissue paper on the back for texture and I ran out....so I had to use the next best thing....toilet paper. ($100)
These are the ones I have finished with pins on the back. Put them on a hat or a coat or a bag! ($2) each.
