Double duty

Here is a baby gift for a sweet baby girl. Her bedroom colors are lavenders.

A second attempt at an earth toned guitar. Not sure how I feel about it......

My windows can double as picture frames or photo holders!

Gioca con passione

Gioca con passione (play with passion) A commissioned Christmas gift! It looks so much better close up!

This little bugger is headed to another passionate guitar player!

I love me some guitars.

Wish I could play one!

Love on a chain

A special order for a friend. Nothing better than sweet baby love.

I just want to give all of you who gave my art a wonderful new home this year, a huge thank you! I love to create and can only do it with support from fans and of course from the big guy up stairs. Local friends as well as people from far away places.  You rock.

Speaking of rocking.....I'm going to plug a local artist (and fellow musician friend) here. Here is his website and he is selling some sweet CD's. Remember to support your local arts!

ONE MORE PLUG.....

Some of you may know that I play in The Eastern Iowa Brass Band and we have our Christmas concert THIS SATURDAY. You really should go. It's not your normal band concert. I promise.  We're playing with the Cedar Rapids Concert Chorale too!

Okay, I'm done for now....

(Blog envy) The Friday Five: Top creative websites and etsy pages!

Sometimes I dream of a day that I can sit in a quiet coffee house with my computer, a cappuccino and my idea notebook.  I'd browse through all of these amazingly creative blogs, get ideas, be inspired and then go create....in my awesome studio of course.

*Then I wake up*

I'm sitting in a freezing house with ten minutes to spare....in my mis matched jammies. All is good, I'll just let you do the surfing.  Here are some creative blogs to get you started. Enjoy!
